TRM tops Northview 3-2 Tuesday night

T.R. Miller scored three runs in the first inning, and held on late to top Northview 3-2 Tuesday night in Bratt, Fla.

The Tigers only tallied three hits in the game. Outfielder Sam Kelley went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and a run; Broox Hart went 1-for-3 with a run; and D. Mandel went 1-for-3.

Northview’s Josh Landis went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI; Kaden Odom went 1-for-3; Jamarkus Jefferson went 1-for-3; and Cason Burkett went 1-for-3.

Burkett went 6.0 innings and had seven strikeouts while allowing two earned runs on three hits in the loss.

T.R. Miller’s John Wesley Sessions allowed one earned run on four hits and struckout three in 5.2 innings to earn the win.
