UPDATE: ALEA officials have canceled this amber alert as Harlow Freeman has been found alive in Walker County.

An amber alert has been issued for a 9-month-old girl of Parrish girl, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

ALEA and the Parrish Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Harlow Darby Freeman, a white female with brown hair and blue eyes.

Freeman was last seen July 10, 2023, at approximately 6:50 p.m. wearing a tye dye onesie and light pink shorts in the area of Crest Avenu and is believed to be in extreme danger.

According to ALEA officials, the subjects may be traveling in a white 2009 Lexus RX350 bearing Alabama plate 3880AR8. If you have any information regarding this missing child, please contact the Parrish Police Department at 205-686-9991; or call 911.
