McMann said when the officer arrived, he contacted Crook in the parking lot.

“Crook had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, was speaking incoherently and was swaying as she attempted to stand still while speaking with the officer,” McMann said. “During the interaction, the officer observed a glass pipe fall out of Crook’s pocket. The pipe had a white residue that field tested positive for cocaine.”

Crook was then transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
