Northview’s Jamison Gilman struck out 10 batters and allowed five hits in 6.0 innings to help lead the Lady Chiefs to a 5-2 victory over Baker, Fla. tonight in Bratt.

Gilman allowed one earned run on five hits to earn the win on the mound. Mikayla McAnnally struck out three batters and allowed one earned run on two hits in relief.

Gilman also led the Lady Chiefs behind the plate as she went 2-for-4 with two runs. McAnnally, Riley Brooks and Makayla Golson had one hit each.

The Lady Chiefs drew first blood first in the second inning with two runs. Kylee Langham and Daviona Randolph scored one run each in the inning.

Northview’s Chole Ragsdale, Randolph, Brooks and McAnnally had one RBI each for the Lady Chiefs.
