Mary “Sue” Perry Johnson, 88, of Dacula, Ga., passed away on March 4, 2024.

She was born on February 17, 1936, to George Robert Perry and Emma Grace Greer of McDonough, Ga.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William Ray Johnson; and sister, Betty Grace Merritt.

She is survived by her son, Darrell Ray Johnson of Dacula; brother, Robert Perry of Augusta, Ga.; brother and sister in law, David and Charlene Perry of Snellville, Ga.; sister and brother in law, Millie and Bob Lunsford of Hoover; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family received friends on March 6, 2024 at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel, 120 Scenic Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

A funeral service honoring the life of Sue was held on March 8, 2024 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel, 1322 S. Main St. Atmore, AL 36502.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home of Atmore and Tom M. Wages Funeral Service of Lawrenceville, Ga., were in charge of arrangements.
