An Atmore man has been arrested for possessing the illegal substance known as synthetic marijuana for the second time in as many months, according to published reports.

Sebastian Cannon, 37, of 514 5^th Ave. in Atmore was taken into custody by Saraland police officers Tuesday after a traffic stop resulted in the discovery of the illegal substance.

It has also been reported that Cannon was arrested Oct. 10 in Mobile for the same offense and that he is also wanted in Baldwin County for a failure to appear charge stemming from a traffic violation.
