Cougars win region title

Escambia Academy claimed its region championship last night after defeating South Choctaw 42-20 at Bachelor Field in Canoe.
With the victory, the Cougars earn a home playoff berth during the first two rounds.
This is the second title EA has won since 2005.
EA faces Lowndes Academy at home next week.
