Permelia “Pam” Reynolds Middlebrooks, 78, passed away on Dec. 6, 2020.

She was born on Feb. 16, 1942 in Brewton, to the late Hunter and Emma Lee Phillips Reynolds.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Wanda Janice Sheffield.

She is survived by her husband, James Middlebrooks; son, Allen Blake Sheffield; her daughters, Donna Lynn Chavers Bolton and Stacey Irons DeLoatche; her brothers, Larry Thomas Reynolds and Marvin Othell Reynolds; her sisters, Marilyn Calvert and Loretta Reynolds; and her grandchildren, Jason Dewayne Anderson, Timothy Allen Sheffield, Kyrsti Sheffield Howard, Ashely DeLoatche and Christopher DeLoatche.

A funeral service was held on Dec. 8, 2020 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Sanks officiating.

Interment followed at McCullough Cemetery in McCullough.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
