Teams in the Martin Luther King Little League division finished regular season play this week with high scoring nail biters.

Tuesday the United Bank Braves eeked out a win over the Utility Board Blue Flames with a 14-13 victory. The Flames fell by the exact same score Thursday, in a one-point loss to the First National Bank and Trust Mets to close out regualr season play.

Scoring for the Braves were Allen Patterson, Roddarius Dailey, Marvin Lawson, Jordaun Patterson, Tykee Stots, Alexus Russell, Javon Martin and Eric McMillan.

Scoring for the Flames was Jovon Johnson, Dangelo Parker, Carlos Richardson, Deanthony Gulley and Jaquan Moilgan.
For the Mets, Jaylan Weever, Jaylan Brown, Louis Turner, Dee Lewis, Quan Simmons, Nastacia Coley and Shakina Henderson scored.
