Mrs. Ruby Ceil Davis Cooper, 80, died Wednesday, July 19, 2000.
She was a native of Canoe and a resident of Atmore. Mrs. Cooper was a retired seamstress with Vanity Fair.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Ralph Cooper.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by a son, Leon Steven Cooper of Tuscaloosa; two sisters, Rachel Davis and Hazel Davis, both of Atmore and a nephew and a niece, Buddy and Cathy Lowry of Atmore.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 20 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny White officiating.
Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pall bearers were Lawrence Cooper, Jimmy Lee, David Smith, Carl Gandy, Joe McMurphy and John C. Daivis.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
