Mr. Alfred Douglas Nichols, 52, died Monday, September 25, 2000.
Mr. Nichols was a resident of McDavid for the past 40 years and a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifton "Skinny" Nichols.
Mr. Nichols is survived by his mother, Mrs. Odell Nichols Brown of McDavid; his daughter, Hannah Flowers of Atmore; five brothers, Lee E. Nichols of Flomaton, J.W. Nichols of McDavid, William F. Nichols of Cantonment; David Lee Nichols of Watumpka and Charles Ray Nichols of Flomaton.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 30 at 10 a.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Eddie Macks officiating.
Burial followed at Byrneville Methodist Cemetery.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
