Fred Wilmer Calloway

Mr. Fred Wilmer Calloway, 77, died Thursday, March 22, 2001, in a Jay hospital.
He was a life-long resident of Century, owned and operated Calloway's Grocery Store for many years and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Calloway is survived by three sons, Flayed Calloway and his wife, Jack, and Freebie Calloway and his wife, Tammy, all of Century and Alto Calloway and his wife, Edwin, of Flotation; three daughters, Sharon Jones and her husband, Barony and Shrilly Waters and her husband, Done, all of Century and Renee Henry of Flotation; a sister, Milder Robins of Mobile; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 24 at 10 a.m. at Faith Bible Baptist Church in Century with the Rev. Gene Stokes officiating.
Burial was at McCurdy Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Glen Calloway, David Calloway, Jerry Fischer, Ronnie Fischer, Wilbur Weeks and Harry Cofield.
Flomation Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
