The Escambia County Health Department has released the sanitation ratings for the food establishments in Escambia County, Ala.
These food establishments have been inspected by the Escambia County Health Department, Alabama Department of Public Health. The inspections took place during the second quarter of 2001.
Ricky Elliott and Chad Kent are the public health environmentalists for Escambia County.
The highest possible score is 100. Any establishment receiving a score of less than 85 receives a follow-up inspection within 30 days. A score of less than 70 requires immediate corrective action.
