Ovis G. Flowers, 81, died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at his residence in Bay Minette.
He was a member of Halls Folk Assembly of God and a retired civil service mechanic. He had served in the U. S. Air Force.
Flowers is survived by his wife, Annie Dell Flowers of Bay Minette; a daughter, Annette Flowers Frederickson of Bay Minette; a brother, Dee Flowers of Walnut Hill; three grandsons and a great-grandson, Landon Ty Lamb.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 24 at 2 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Windell Hadley officiating.
Burial was at Halls Folk Cemetery.
Atmore Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
