Mrs. Lorelle Van Rossum 70, of Century, died Friday April 27, 2001, at a Pensacola hospital.
Mrs. Van Rossum was a native of Byrneville but had been a resident of Century for the past 47 years, was of the holiness faith and was preceded in death by her father Mr. Corbett White.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Ila Dee White, of Century; her husband of 52 years, Mr. Clifford Van Rossum of Century; two daughters, Karen Cash and her husband, Jimmy, of Flomaton and Donna Jernigan and her husband, B. J., of Cantonment; a sister, Mrs. Margie Johnson and her husband, Harvey, of Century; three grandchildren, Alisa Hart of Brewton and Jason Brown and Rodney Brown, both of Molino and three great-grandchildren, Dalton Hart and Brooks Hart, both of Brewton and Kaylee Brown of Molino.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 30 at 2 p.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Shelton Kindig officiating.
Burial was at Byrneville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gary Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Heath Wilson, Ray White, Kenny Hammac, and Dale Findley. Honorary pallbearers were John White, Leroy White, and Bill Fillingim.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
