Joseph Coleman Bagwell

Mr. Joseph Coleman Bagwell, 83, died Friday, May 18, 2001, at his residence in the Pineview community.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Pineview. He was a veteran of WW II having served with the U. S. Navy. Mr. Bagwell owned and operated Triple B Farms prior to his retirement. He was a member of Alabama Cattleman's Association, former president of Escambia County Farm Bureau and was a board member of Escambia County Co-Op. He attended Pineview Pentecostal Holiness church.
He was preceded in death by two sons, James Harold Bagwell and Glendel Rodrick Bagwell.
Mr. Bagwell is survived by his wife, Pauline Evans Bagwell; two sons, Douglas C. Bagwell and his wife, Patricia, and Samuel M. Bagwell and his wife, Brenda, all of Brewton; two daughters, Alice Faye Forte and her husband, Robert, of Pineview and Betty Joyce Carpenter of Robertsdale; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 20 at 4 p.m. at Craver's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Smith officiating.
Burial followed at Pineview Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jeff Bagwell, Steve Bagwell, Randy Bagwell, James Bagwell, Steve Egee and Scott White.
Craver's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
