Mr. Clarence Thomas Cofield, 60, died Friday, June 8, 2001, at a Pensacola hospital.
Mr. Cofield was a native and lifelong resident of Century. He was retired from Escambia County Florida Road Department, a member of Bogia Swamp Hunting Club and attended the Protestant church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Cofield, and his wife, Frances Cofield.
Mr. Cofield is survived by his father, Tom Cofield of Century; two sons, Timbo Cofield and his wife, Robin, of McDavid and Thomas Cofield and his wife, Heather, of Century; four brothers, Bruce Cofield of McDavid, Harry Cofield of Jay, Billy Cofield of Molino and Richard Cofield of Century; a half-brother, Frankie Bell of Flomaton and four grandchildren, Doogie Cofield, Holly Cofield, Hunter Cofield and Levi Cofield.
Funeral services were held Sunday, June 10 at 2 p.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Wallace Reid officiating.
Burial followed at Beulah Chapel Cemetery.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
