Mr. Arthur David Haynes, 31, of Monroeville, died Thursday, July 26, 2001, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Haynes was a native of Geneva, Ala. He had been employed as a mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Carla B. Haynes of Castleberry; his mother, Ruby K. Haynes of Flomaton; two sons, Arthur D. Haynes Jr. of Pensacola, and David Haynes of Castleberry; a daughter, Kristine Leigh Haynes of Brewton; a brother, Bobby Wayne Haynes of Flomaton; three uncles, Charles R. Knowles of Virginia, Larry J. Knowles of Brewton, and Fred W. Knowles of Pensacola; three aunts, Sarah Boutwell of Brewton, Ruthie Knowles of Virginia, and Belinda Knowles of Pensacola.
The funeral service was held Monday, July 30, 2001, 11 a.m., at Hall's Creek Baptist Church in Flomaton, with the Rev. Larry Knowles and the Rev. James Johnson officiating.
Burial was in Hall's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Scott Herendon, Ronnie Sinclaire, Vince Lord, David Phillips, James Johnson and Michael Boutwell.
Flomaton Brown Service was in charge of arrangements.
