It has come to the attention of the Heritage of Escambia County Book committee that many people who ordered an Escambia County Heritage book are wondering why the book has not been delivered.
The committee wishes to let everyone know that the book is in the typesetting stage of the publication process. Be assured that the book will be delivered to Escambia County just as soon as possible and everyone who ordered will be notified.
It takes a bit longer to publish a book than most people are aware. It does not happen as soon as everyone would like. The book material was handed to the publisher sometime in the middle of April and the expected release date is sometime in the fall or early winter.
If anyone has any questions, they may go to the company's website at www.heritagepublishing.net. They have information, not only on the Escambia County book, but also the other county books being published.
