Mrs. Shirley D. Jennings-Gandy, 72, died Wednesday, August 22, 2001, at Atmore Community Hospital.
Jennings-Gandy was a resident of Atmore for many years and was a member of First Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Gandy of Atmore.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 27 from 1 to 8:30 p.m. at Turner Funeral Chapel. There will be family hour on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 28 at 1 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Don Davis officiating.
Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery .
Active pallbearers will be friends of the family and Church members
Turner Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
