Mrs. Nellie Eugenia Daw Evers, 93, of Canoe, died Sunday, September 9, 2001, in Pensacola.
She was a retired homemaker and native of Escambia County.
She is survived by a son, Wilbert Evers and his wife, Lois, of Bay Minette; three daughters, Thelma Marshall, Vivian Fountain, and her husband, Bob, all of Canoe and Pearl Fails and her husband, Howard, of O'Brian, Fla.; three brothers, Roy Daw of Atmore, Ollie Daw of Mobile and Erby Daw of Wauchula, Fla.;a sister, Ruth Carpenzano of Winter Haven, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 12 at 11 a.m. at First Assembly of God in Atmore with Bro. Don Davis officiating.
Burial will follow at Hall Cemetery.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
