Major repair, renovations needed at ECHS

When I ride down Presley Street, which is often, and pass Escambia County High School and see the deterioration on the west side, I am horrified. This is my alma mater and I taught for 26 years there.
I say to myself that something should be done about that. It is the most prominent view that people see as they pass by the sign "Escambia County High School."
Yesterday, I said, "Someone should write about it to The Atmore Advance."
Then I said, "Why don't you do it?"
So I am. I hope some good comes of it.
