Mr. Ernest Edward Smith, 71, of Perdido, died Friday, November 23, 2001, in Fairhope.
Mr. Smith was a native of Atmore and lifelong resident of Baldwin County.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadine Smith of Perdido; two sons, Peter Smith and his wife, Joy, and John Smith, all of Perdido; a brother, A. G. Smith of Perdido; three sisters, Nellie Ree Burkett of Atmore, Dellie Roberts of Molino, and Susie Stewart of Bay Minette and two grandchildren, Latisha Smith and Daniel Smith.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 25 at Atmore Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Earl Harrison officiating.
Burial was at Miller Cemetery.
Atmore Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
