Sharon "Al" Godwin Payne

Miss Sharon "Al" Godwin Payne, 45, died Saturday, December 15, 2001, in Century.
Miss Payne was a native of Atmore, former resident of Molino and a resident of Flomaton for the past five years. She was a graduate of Tate High School class of 1977, and attended Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Godwin and her granddaughter, Talia Barrow.
Miss Payne is survived by her father, Buster L. "Buck" Godwin of Flomaton; a son, Marvin Earl Kimmons III of Flomaton; two daughters, Tessie Scott of Molino and Miranda Kimmons of Century; two brothers, Roy Steadham of Ottawa, Kan. and Alex Eugene Howell of Atmore; a sister, Arleene Howell of Molino and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 18 at 2 p.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. James Baker officiating.
Burial was a Pugh's Chapel Cemetery.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
