Huey L. Murph

Mr. Huey L. Murph, 71, died Thursday, January 31, 2002, in Bellevue, Wash.
He was a native of McCullough until he was drafted into the Korean Was where he made sergeant by age 20. He was retired after 32 years as a supervisor at Boeing in Washington State.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Effie Lee Murph of McCullough, two brothers, Marvin Murph of McCullough and Homer Murph of Plant City, Fla. and two sisters, Leona Hutto of Jay and Myrtle Helton of Atmore.
Mr. Murph is survived by his wife, Fran Murph of Renton, Wash.; a daughter, Joan Murph Stretz and her husband, Bob, of Renton; a son, John Murph Sr. and his wife, Karen, of Renton; three grandsons, Gordy Bentley and his wife, Jill, John Murph Jr. and his wife, Danielle and Christopher Murph, all of Renton; three step-granddaughters, Heather, Ashley, and Vincene, all of Renton; two brothers, Arvin Murph and his wife, Brenda, of Mobile and Raymond Murph and his wife, Debra, of Frisco City and three sisters, Mather Gentile of N. Y., Effie Lee Biehl and her husband, Sidney, of Mobile and Eleanor Cumbie of Monroeville.
Mr. Murp was buried with military honors at Tahoma National Cemtery in Maple Valley, Wash..
