Reverend William B Preacher' Blanchard, 48, died Thursday, February 28, 2002.
He was a past member of Harris Street A. O. H. Church of God and pastor of Maysville A. O. H. Church of God.
Rev. Blanchard is survived by a son, WIlliam Christopher Blanchard and his wife, Anitra, of Mobile; a daughter, LaShanda Lanette Davis and her husband, Michael, of Mobile; a grandson, Brian Christopher Blanchard of Mobile; three sisters, Lucille Woods and her husband, John, of Atlanta, Ga., Claudette McNeil and Bernadette Lawson and her husband, Willie, all of Atmore; two devoted aunts, Dora Washington and Sammie Goldsmith, both of Mobile; an uncle, Edward McNeil of Las Vegas, Nev.; three nephews, Joel LAwson of Alexander City, and Deitrick and Steven Lawson of Atmore; three cousins, Carolyn Howard of Jersey City, N. J., Andretta Taylor of Mobile and Arnold Robinson of Brooklyn, N. Y.; a devoted Goddaughter, Denise Sigler of Mobile; former wife, Elois Blanchard and a hot of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March from 6 from 10 a.m until noon at St. John AOH Church of God in Prichard with Bishop Clifton Enlers officiating.
Burial we be in Gethsemone Cemetery.
