Mr. Robert H. "Rambling Wreck" Bell Sr., 71, died Wednesday, April 10. 2002, at a Pensacola hospital.
He was a native of Flomaton, former resident of Pensacola and had been a resident of Cantonment for the past 14 years. He was a member of Seafarer's International Union and attended the Holiness Church.
Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Ernestine Bell of Cantonment; five sons, Robert Bell Jr., Buford Bell, Michael Bell and Danny Bell, all of Cantonment and Larry Bell of Pensacola; three daughters, Alice Dee of Cantonment, Kathy Kromko of Nicholson, Pa. and Esta Silvia of Cantonment; a brother; four sisters; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 13 at 10 a.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Mr. Richard Ash officiating.
Burial followed at Hollywood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Michael Kromko, Buford Bell, Larry Bell, Danny Bell, Larry Silvia, Phillip Silvia, Damone Elkins and Lawrence Bell.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
