A three-vehicle accident Monday left two people with injuries.
At 5:20 p.m., officials with the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, Atmore Police Department, Atmore Fire Department and Alabama State Troopers Office responded to a call on Hwy. 21 in front of the Escambia County Middle School.
The accident occurred when the three vehicles, a 1989 Buick, driven by Kimberly A. Watson, 35, of Atmore, a 1986 Ford, drive by Willie B. Harris of Pensacola, and a 1996 Ford driven by Russell F. Bell, 72, of Atmore, collided.
Watson's passenger, Ashley Lyman, 3, of Atmore was not injured.
Watson and Bell were injured. They were transported to Atmore Community Hospital by Atmore Ambulance Service where they were treated and released.
AST officials could not say whether the injured were wearing their seat belt. Airbags in all three vehicles were activated.
AST Edward Bennett investigated the accident.
A separate incident on Jack Springs Road Tuesday afternoon left one person with injuries, however information concerning the wreck was not available at press time.
