Mrs. Letha Louise Posey, 80, of Brewton, died Sunday, June 16, 2002.
She was a native of Morgan County and was preceded in death by her parents, Logan and Lula King McDougle and her husband, W. E. Posey Sr.
Mrs. Posey is survived by three stepsons, W. E. Posey Jr. of Aberdeen, Miss, Wallace Posey of Syracuse, Mo. and Jody Posey of Bratt; two daughters, Bernice White of Brewton and Louise Luker of Aberdeen; two sisters, Macteen Holmes of Decator and Levene Nelson of Phoenix, Az.; a granddaughter, Sabrina Smith of Brewton; 28 step-grandchildren; 64 step-great-grandchildren and 40 step-great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 19 at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Stephen Yuhaze officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Paul Luker, Edward Luker, Tim Daniel Posey, Charles Luker, Roger Luker and Norman Lee.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
