Clinton "Clint" Harris Jr., 58, died Sunday, June 30, 2002 at his residence.
Harris was a resident of Century.
Harris was born on September 3, 1943 in Escambia County (Ala.) to the late Clinton A. and Zelma Harrison Harris.
Harris is survived by his wife, Sue W. Harris of Century; four sons, Mark Harris (Marie) of Mobile, Terry Harris (Sherry) of Excel, Todd Harris of Atmore and David Harris of Bay Springs, Miss.; three daughters, Ashley Gordon of Bay Spring, Miss., Jeannie Sharpless (Glenn) of Walnut Hill and Dawn Luker (Stevie) of Atmore; a brother, Charles Harris of Atmore; a sister, Myrtle Hanks of Bratt and eighteen grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, July 2 at 10 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home with elder Carolyn Mason officiating..
Burial followed at Godwin Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Jamie Garrett, Wade Harris, Glenn Sharpless, Stevie Luker, Patrick Johnson and Mike Barnhill.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
