Mr. Randolph Holmes, 63, of Bay Minette, died Friday, July 5, 2002, at his home.
He was a native of Westville, Fla and resident of Bay Minette for the past 33 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Idell Holmes and a brother, Edward Holmes.
Mr. Holmes is survived by his wife of 39 1/2 years, Christine (Lambert) Holmes of Bay Minette; a daughter, Pat Holmes Moye and her husband, Richard, of Bay Minette; two grandchildren, Lake Moye and Allison Moye, both of Bay Minette; three sisters, Gozetta Driskel and her husband, John of Bay Minette, Kate Fowler and her husband, Arthur, of Grand Bay and Maxine Brook of Perdido; two brothers, Alcus Holmes and his wife, Bonnie, of Bay Minette and Gerald Holmes and his wife, Ann, of Hurley, Miss. and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 7 at 3 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel with Bro. Earl Harrison officiating. Burial followed at White Cemetery in Perdido.
Active pallbearers were Darick Hall, Tony Hall, DeWayne Barnett, Kenny Driskall, Hubert Hall and Mark Hall. Honorary pallbearers were Michael Fowler and Harold Brooks.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
