How long have you lived here? 20 years
Where did you live before? I was born in Tuscaloosa and moved to Atmore when I was only a year old.
Occupation: I'm a student at Patrick Henry College, but I'm working for the YMCA day camp this summer.
What is the best part of your job? Working with the kids and getting to know them. They provide me with lots of stories for the dinner table. I want to be a teacher, so spending time with them is preparing me for my future.
Tell me about your family: I have five siblings, Allison, 23, Sarah, 19, Owen, 15, Melissa, 12, and Emily, 11.
What music do you listen to? I like all kinds of different styles, country, contemporary Christian, just about anything.
Hobbies: I scrapbook, read lots of books, and write letters.
What do you do on the weekends? Watch my brother play baseball, lay out, work around the house, and make trips to Pensacola for shopping or a movie.
Where do you attend church? I've gone to First Presbyterian Church for as long as I can remember.
Where did you go to school? I went to Atmore Christian school from the 1st to 4th grade, and then I was homeschooled from 5th to 12th grade. And I just finished my sophomore year at college.
Favorite thing about Atmore? It's a great small town that makes you feel welcome. It's not like a tourist town that tries to draw lots of attention. Everybody knows everyone else here, and is friendly. It's great to go to the store and see people I know.
