Crash victims identified

A New Orleans family is trying to pick up the pieces after three of their own were killed in a car accident Tuesday near Atmore.
Kendra Demesme, 23, Keshone Williams, 24, and Monica Demesme, 17, were killed instantly when the 2002 Nissan Sentra they were driving left the roadway and struck the Butler Street overpass.
Two children and one teen were also injured in the crash.
Seven-year-old Kevin Demesme was still listed in serious condition Saturday evening in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the University of South Alabama Medical Center's Women and Children's hospital. Kevin had been transported to USA by SouthFlight.
Kendrick Demesme, 2, was released to family members from Sacred Heart Hospital Wednesday. Demesme had been transported by Baptist LifeFlight following the accident.
Derica Fox, 15, was also released from West Florida Medical Center on Thursday. She had been listed in critical condition on Tuesday, but was later upgraded to serious Wednesday afternoon.
Family members spent Saturday attending services for one of the victims.
