Atmore Police are seeking suspects who hit an Atmore Police Department cruiser and fled last week.
An unnamed officer with the Atmore Police Department was responding to a call last Tuesday when he was struck from his left front side, police said.
The accident happened at the corner of Martin Luther King Avenue and Bragg Street.
The car struck the officer, who was responding to a call. The occupants of the car fled on foot.
The car that struck the cruiser was left on the scene.
The officer was taken to Atmore Community Hospital where he was treated and released.
The officer suffered a sprained arm and wrist.
APD Chief Bruce Lovett said his office is currently looking at some suspects, but are unable to release their names at this time pending completion of an investigation.
Lovett asks anyone with direct or credible information to call the APD at 368-9141.
