Today, The Atmore Advance publishes its annual Horizons edition, an issue that takes a look at where the community has come over the past year and where it is heading into the future.
Sections in the edition include: "Attitudes," "Technology," "Medical," "Occupations," "Recreation" and "Education." In addition, some special supplements involving the City of Atmore, the Atmore Utilities Board and Greenlawn Pharmacy are included.
"Atmore has plenty to offer to its residents, businesses and future businesses and industries," said Publisher Paul Keane. "We hope this edition offers everyone a chance to sit back and take a look at what all is here and the huge potential this area has for growth and prosperity."
Keane also thanked his staff for their hard work during the nearly three-month endeavor, and thanked all the businesses and companies that supported the project by being a part of it.
Additional copies of the edition will be available at various locations throughout the year.
