The final registration date for Atmore Cal Ripken Baseball will be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Atmore City Hall.
Registration is for ages 7-12, and the playing age is determined by the age prior to Aug. 1, 2003. In order to register, proof of age and a parent or guardian is required.
Tryouts for Atmore Cal Ripken Baseball will begin on March 31 at the baseball fields in Tom Byrne Park on Medical Park Drive. Tryouts will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will continue each day that week.
In a related matter, the final registration date for Atmore Babe Ruth Baseball will be held on March 29 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Atmore City Hall.
Registration is for ages 13-15, and the playing age is determined by the age prior to Aug. 1, 2003. In order to register, proof of age and a parent or guardian is required. The date for tryouts in the league will be announced after March 31.
