Delquinny Thames
A 2001 graduate of Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Thames joined the U.S. Navy in September 2001. He is the son of Trenessa Thames and he's the gradson of Joseph Thames Jr. and the Late Barbara J. Thames. He has one brother, Richard Rochell.
He is the nephew of Vernice Dailey, Wanda Armstrong, Sharon Perry, Emily Jenkins, Veecher Thames and Ronald Armstrong. He is currently stationed in Kuwait.
Michael Joseph Mathews
A National Guard MP CO., Mathews belongs to the 1165th MP CO. out of Brewton. He is the son of Sherri and Gordon McGhee of the Poarch Creek Community.
He is a 2002 graduate of Escambia County High School and is presently stationed at Fort Benning, Ga., where he awaits deployment to Baghdad.
