Mr. Winston Rolin, 70, of Poarch, died Monday at a local hospital. He was a native of Poarch and a retired logger and employee from the state docks.
Mr. Rolin is survived by his son, John Christopher Fowler of Flomaton; two brothers, Hubert Rolin of Poarch and Franklin Rolin of East Brewton; two grandchildren, John Christopher Fowler, Jr. and Cody Joe Fowler, both of Flomaton; and 15 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday at St. Anna's Episcopal Church with Rev. Clarence Rolin officiating. Burial followed at Lottie Methodist Cemetery. Pallbearers were David Sells, David Gonzalez, Mike Vickery, Bruce Vickery and Darnell Sells. Honorary pallbearers were John Sells, Timmy Baily, and Ray Perason.

Stanley Eugene Allen

Stanley Eugene Allen, 66, died Friday in Columbus, Ga.
A native of Davisville, Fla., he had been a resident of Stockton for the last 21 years. He attended the Holiness Church and was preceded in death by two daughters, Betty Ann Allen and Susan Marie Allen and one brother, Clifton Julius 'Buddy' Allen.
He is survived by a brother, Ruben Earl Allen of Perdido; two sisters, Linda Faye Stewart of Stockton and Alma Ann Brooks of Bay Minette, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Monday at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Edward Stewart officiating. Burial followed at Pine Barren Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jimmy Lawson, Randy Lawson, Michael Lawson, Barry Stewart, Ryan Stewart, Jason Blair and Michael Brooks.

Jesse Roberson DeWise

Mrs. Jesse Roberson DeWise, 89,of Monroe died Sunday at Southern Oaks Nursing Home in Pensacola.
She was a resident of both Atmore and Pensacola. She was a member of Jones Street Holiness Church in Atmore and worked in private home duty.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe DeWise; her parents, Sandy and Eliza Roberson; four sisters, Annie Folmar, Julia Crosby, Willie Mae Crowe and Ellen Bishop; and one brother, George Roberson.
She is survived by a host nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.Friday at Turner Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jones Street Holiness Church with Bishop Willie L. Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Lucious Cemetery.

Amanda Ziglar Godwin

Mrs. Amanda Ziglar Godwin, 94 ,of Oak Grove, Fla. died Saturday in Pensacola. She was a homemaker, born in Robinsonville on Nov. 25,1908 to the late Willie Richard and Nettie Elizabeth Ziglar. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbourn J Godwin, a son Willie Webb Godwin, a daughter-in-law Diane Green Godwin; four brothers: Johnnie Ziglar, Fernie Ziglar, Xury Ziglar and James Ziglar; four sisters: Vera Wilson Joyner, Neoma Agerton, Alma Grimes and Lillie Bell Milsted.
Survivors are one son, Edward Godwin and wife Sharee of Oak Grove, three daughters, Nell Mari Steeley, Christine Creel and Allie Sue Smith and husband Robert, all of Pensacola. Also 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Annalis Christal Jenkins

Annalis Christal Jenkins, infant, died Sunday in Atmore Community Hospital.
A native of Atmore, she is survived by her mother, Tiffany Rothchild; her father, Raymond Jenkins; two sisters, KyTara L. Deese and Fantasia L. Deese; grandparents, Patricia and Joesph Grace, Shirley Ann Jenkins all of Atmore, and Willis Ray Burton of Sumpter, S.C.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday at Turner Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Gaines Chapel AME Church with Rev. A.T. Days officiating. Burial will follow at Stallworth Cemetery.

Joseph Lee Jones

Joseph Lee Jones, 31, died Friday at Atmore Community Hospital.
Visitation will be held from noon until 6 p.m. today at Robinsonville Funeral Chapel, with family hours being held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Holy Community Center.
Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Annie Bell McMillian

Mrs. Annie Bell McMillian, 77 , died Saturday in Little River.
A resident of Little River, she was both a mother and grandmother and attended Little River Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack McMillian and a grandson, Dennis Emmons.
She is survived a son, Charles and wife Montez McMillian of Little River; a daughter, Ruth and husband Bobby Emmons of Little River; caregivers, Melba Lovitt of Excel, Donna Johnson and Barbara Cumbie both of Little River; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and a special thanks to all hospice personnel.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Little River Baptist Church with Rev. Bob McKenzie officiating. Burial followed at Phillips Cemetery.
