Area wrecks injure two

Saturday two single car wrecks injured four people.
Saturday afternoon, a 1993 Chevrolet driven by Brittney Coffey, 16, of Atmore was headed south on AL 21 when it left the road and overturned in a cotton field at the highway's intersection with Bell Fork Road. Coffey was injured and taken to Atmore Community Hospital.
Riding with Coffey were Jaynie Milstead, 17, and Hannah Martin, 5, both of Atmore, according to Alabama Highway Patrol reports. One passenger was ejected from the car, but the report did not specify which person.
In another single car accident later Satuday, Michael D.Colburn, 43, of Atmore was seriously injured. His 1987 Chevrolet SUV rolled over on Woods Road near Atmore. Colburn was taken by LifeFlight to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. He was listed in stable condition by Monday.
