Library meeting Thursday at 4 p.m.
The Atmore Public Library is having a Board Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 21 at 4 p.m.
The public is invited to attend.
Benefit fish fry slated for Saturday
There will be a benefit fish fry for Kellie Moss from 11 a.m. until at the Davisville Community Center on Saturday, Sept. 23.
The community center is located off Hwy. 97 in Davisville, Fla.
ECHS Class of '66 meeting tonight
All members of the Escambia County High School Class of 1966 are invited to attend an initial "Reunion" committee meeting at Jalisco's Mexican Restaurant in Adams Plaza, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday Sept. 20.
The back room of Jalisco's has been reserved. Be there or be square!
ADRT raising funds to buy generator
The Atmore Disaster Response Team (ADRT) is seeking donations to purchase a generator to be used in Atmore at evacuation shelters.

Commission will meet Sept. 25
The Escambia County Commission will conduct an adjourned regular session at 9 a.m. on Sept. 25 in the County Commission Chambers, room 201 at the Escambia County Courthouse in Brewton.
An administrative workshop will be held at 9 a.m. on Sept. 21.
Lassiter and Wall reunion Oct. 7
The Lassiter and Wall reunion will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Oct. 7 at the Poarch Band of Creek Indians' Tribal Auditorium.
