King milestone this Thursday

First National Bank &Trust will be hosting a celebration reception for Lucy King Swift Thursday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Swift has been employed with FNB&Trust for 50 years and the bank is ready to commemorate this milestone. The reception will be held at the FNB&Trust North Branch.
County BOE will meet Feb. 26
The Escambia County Commission will hold it's meeting on Monday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. at the Escambia County Courthouse in Brewton. It will be held in the County Commission Chambers, Room 201.
Liberty Church 21st anniversary Feb. 25
Liberty Church of Atmore, 200 3rd Ave. will celebrate their 21st Anniversary- Homecoming in Sunday, Feb. 25th, 2007 at 10:15.

Poarch Community Church revival
Revival services will be held at Poarch Community Church beginning Sunday, Feb. 25 through Wednesday, the 28th. Evening services will start at 7 p.m.

ACH GoldenCare meeting Feb. 28
Atmore Community Hospital will host its monthly GoldenCare meeting on Feb. 28. Light refreshments at 8:30 a.m. The program begins at 9 a.m.
Leslie-Estes Smith, cardiovascular service line director for Baptist Hospital, will provide education on cardiovascular disease-signs, treatment and prevention.

There will be a Blue Grass gospel singing at Bay Springs Full Gospel Church at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24. Guest singers will be Stillwaters of Troy.

New Beginning Holiness revival
New Beginning Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. will hold a soul saving revival beginning Sunday, Feb. 25 through Friday, March 2. Services will begin at 7 p.m. nightly.

Poarch T-ball sign-up concludes next week
The last chance to registration for Poarch T-ball league will be on Feb. 23 and 26 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at PCI gym.
Ages 5-7, child must be born on or after May 1, 1999 and born before May 1, 2002.
