Mayfest plans are beginning
Atmore's annual Mayfest is scheduled for May 5 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in Tom Byrne Park.
Any person interested in being a vendor at the event, has the option of working an arts and crafts table, a commercial space, or with food and concessions.
Artists and craftsmen are encouraged to exhibit original work. Booth spaces are $45 each for this display. There are a limited amount of commercial spaces available at $75 each. Booth spaces for food vendors are $250 each, which includes an outlet.

Monday final day for Poarch T-ball
Monday is the last day to sign up for the Poarch T-ball league. Anyone interested in playing should visit the Poarch gym from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
There is a $25 registration fee and draft day will be held March 3. All children within the appropriate age range and all coaches are welcome to join.
