Nick Linam had 12 strikeouts on the mound and Huddle House took down Greenlawn Home Health 4-2 Thursday in Atmore Babe Ruth 13-15 year olds League action.
Greenlawn did not score until the sixth inning and by that time Huddle House had built a 2-0 lead. Gavin Salter scored in the first inning and Darrien Henderson scored in the third inning.
Christian Swartzendruber cut the lead to 2-1 with a run scored in the sixth inning for Greenlawn. Kendrick Staples and Cole Boatwright widened the Huddle lead to 4-1.
Rock Phillips crossed the plate in the seventh inning, but Greenlawn could not get any more runs across and fell 4-2.

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians defeated Greenlawn Home Health May 29, 18-4.
Every player for Poarch scored at least one run. Marshall Rolin led the scoring with four runs scored. Jacob Rackard, Devante Brown, Brett Wilkins, Kirby Jay, Levi Gideons and Ty Randolph each scored two runs and Jaylen Henry and Tadric Dale scored one run apiece.
For Greenlawn, Nicholas Flowers scored two runs and Christian Swartzendruber and Ryan Linam each scored one run.
