Keeping your ‘08 resolutions
New Year’s resolutions are short-lived for a majority of Americans who make them each year.
The remaining percent don’t even bother making resolutions because they know they will break them. Years of failed New Year’s resolutions have discouraged them, so they don’t even bother giving themselves false hope.
Some of the most common New Year’s resolutions include losing weight, stopping smoking and exercising. Here at the Advance, we feel strongly about those resolutions since they better the health of Atmore residents. To assist the area’s New Year goal setters, below is a list to hopefully keep them on track:
