The Sound Star Search 2008 to be held Friday, Saturday

The search for a star is now down to three with PCI Gaming’s The Sound Star Search 2008 coming to an end.
Kelton French of Molino, Fla., Dewayne “Dew” Pendleton from Jay, Fla. and Kristin Gronewold of Pensacola, Fla., will battle Friday night at 8 p.m. at the Creek Entertainment Center to narrow the competition to two. Those remaining two will compete Saturday in the finals.
During the semi-finals Pendleton, French and Gronewold will each sing a variety of songs.
The four styles include country, rock, disco and R&B.
Whoever is named the second place winner will walk away $2,000 richer. The grand prize winner will take home $5,000.
Pendleton will be on WKRG today at 9 a.m. French and Gronewold will have interviews on WABB tomorrow at 4:30 p.m.
