Celebrities are mostly known for being high maintenance and having everything served to them on a silver platter, but Atmore’s ‘celebrities’ have shown giving back to the community is something even the rich and famous can do.
First National Bank &Trust held its annual Celebrity Servers event at David’s Catfish Monday night where local well-known residents waited on others in order to raise money for Relay for Life.
This year’s ‘celebrities’ included Denise Stewart, Betty Warren, Kevin Classen, Gregg Akins, Tray Smith, Sharon Brown, Tommy Moore, Emilie Mims and Lee Dabbs.
Money was made for Relay for Life by all dinners that were purchased along with any tips or donations that were given, according to Holland.
Holland said there are many individuals FNB&T would like to thank for making the night a memorable event.
Holland wanted to thank those who showed up for the Celebrity Servers event, including those celebs who helped make the event possible.
