The Escambia County High School athletic boosters are working hard to sell raffle tickets that could pay dividends.
According to the Blue Devils’ athletic director Kyle Davis, the boosters are selling $100 “draw down” tickets for the chance to win $5,000.
But that’s not all.
The names of the people drawn on the first ticket, every 10th ticket and the 240th ticket each win their $100 ticket money back.
The $100 doesn’t only buy ticket holders the chance to win some fast cash, but it also pays for two people to eat during the “draw down,” which will be held at 7 p.m. on May 3 at the Whistle Stop Grill.
