Vacation Bible School is just around the corner and area churches are preparing for fun, learning and worship.
First Baptist Church Atmore’s VBS is slated for June 2-6 from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Any child age 3 through the fifth grade is invited to attend.
FBC’s VBS is entitled “Group’s Power Lab: Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power” and children can pre-registrer at www.groupvbs.com/webtoybox/myvbs/fbcatmore.

Greater Mt. Triumph Missionary Baptist Church’s VBS, entitled “Adventures in Faith” will be held May 26-30 from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

First Assembly of God’s VBS is scheduled for June 9-13 from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Children ages 2 through the sixth grade are invited to attend.
First Assembly’s VBS is entitled “God’s BIG Backyard: Where Kids Have a Blast Serving Jesus.” Children who would like to attend First Assembly’s VBS can fill out registration forms found in the Advance.

The First Presbyterian Church will hold VBS June 16-20 from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Children ages 2 through sixth grade are invited to attend.
FPC’s theme for this year’s event is “Faith Expedition Vacation Bible School.” “Faith Expedition VBS” is about following Chris and Kelly, two young explorers, through thrilling adventures on their way to discover God’s treasure.

The theme is “Lifeway’s Outrigger Island.” All of Walnut Hill Baptist’s VBS activities will be geared around a tropical theme.
