Angela Luthardt was recently awarded Manager of the Year by Sun Belt Management Company for her dedication to Atmore Garden Apartments and Flomaton Woods Apartments.
Luthardt, who has managed both the Atmore and Flomaton apartment complexes since March 1, 2007, said she was shocked when she learned she was awarded as Manager of the Year.
Not only was Luthardt named Manager of the Year by Sun Belt Management Company, she was also given the Rural Development Award for the State of Alabama, she said.
Luthardt resides in Brewton. She is married to Scott Luthardt and she has five children, Heather Chavers, Daphne Hastings and Jamie, Joanna and Kierstin Luthardt. She also has one grandson, Ashton.
Luthardt travels to the Flomaton apartment complex Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and to the Atmore apartment complex on Wednesday and Friday.
Luthardt said there have been many changes at Atmore Garden Apartments since she took over last year.
Working for Sun Belt has been a good experience, Luthardt said.
