A $1,000 reward is being offered for the return of truck parts belonging to Bruce Smith, the owner of Escambia Glass.
Smith's truck is used to deliver utility houses and had recently been refurnished with new parts.
Smith said he has put more than $4,500 into the truck and now that it has been stripped three different times, it probably does not have any value at all.
Other than the transmission and wheels, the alleged thieves have stolen the grill, headlights and front bumper from the truck.
After the truck was stripped a second time Smith said he put up an infrared camera in the weeds growing around the truck so he could identify whoever is stealing from him.
He added that if they are caught and convicted the person responsible for finding them will receive $1,000.
Smith also said he is going to give the alleged perpetrators a chance to redeem themselves.
Smith said he is going to allow the alleged thieves seven days to return his parts to Escambia Glass and if they do this he will not press charges.
He added that he just wants the parts back, but if they are not returned he will press charges.
